Job description

Responsibilities

• Collate and input data on the EMIS System, liaise with health professionals, children’s services and other agencies.
• File all manual and electronic records, ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate.
• Maintain client/patient confidentiality while communicating at all levels.
• Investigate and resolve issues in a busy environment.
