A regional healthcare trust in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Team Administrator to manage administrative functions for a community rehabilitation service. The Sussex Community Rehabilitation Pathway offers both short- and long-term community-based rehabilitation of individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, focusing on improving quality of life, social inclusion, and meaningful recovery. We take a whole-systems, person-centred approach grounded in NICE guidance. We are able to offer flexible working hours and hybrid working both at home and in the office, depending on the needs of the service.
We're seeking an experienced Team Administrator to oversee the day-to-day running of our administrative function for a 22.5 hours (3 days per week) post. In this key role, you will manage office systems, support doctors and other members of staff in a PA role, handle data and reporting as well as supporting with documenting meetings, and ensure smooth communication within the team. You'll also act as a central point of contact, supporting the clinical team and helping deliver high-quality, client-focused care.
