Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Team Administrator will provide comprehensive office and administrative support to a team that advises on buildings, estates, sustainability, and long-term asset management. The role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. The post holder will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and maintaining accurate records. A significant part of the role involves supporting a formal advisory committee, ensuring that processes are followed efficiently and documentation is managed to a high standard. The role also includes providing administrative support to a sustainability lead, assisting with monitoring, reporting, and coordination of related activities.
