Salary: £20,906.25 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) | 12 months from start date
Working Pattern: Term Time Only
Start date: November 2025

The successful candidate will work to support pupils and teaching staff, focusing on emotional, social and behavioural development and helping pupils thrive in a positive learning environment. You will work under the guidance of the class teacher and the Senior Leadership Team, delivering targeted support to help every student achieve their potential.
Belmont Secondary is an independent, specialist day school for boys aged 11 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs. The team works together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who may arrive with a challenging view of education and life.
