A training organization in Kidderminster is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs. You will assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, manage resources, and maintain daily progress reports. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in education, a relevant qualification in special education, and strong English and Maths knowledge. This part-time role offers various employee benefits including holiday schemes and support programs.
Hours: Part-Time, Permanent, 28 hrs per week, Mon-Thurs
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)

As a Teaching Assistant you will have a passion for working with students with special educational needs and will be committed to ensuring that all students have access to high quality education and support. Through this you will also be required to work closely with the tutors providing assistance in the classroom as well as on any outdoor activities/trips.
