A friendly and ambitious secondary school in Havering, East London is seeking a committed and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join their established inclusion team.

This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where all learners are encouraged to achieve their best.

The position is offered at a daily rate of up to 110, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support to students across a variety of subjects and year groups
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging, accessible lessons that cater to a range of learning needs
  • Work closely with the SENCO and wider inclusion team to implement tailored interventions and track individual progress
  • Promote independence, positive behaviour, and confidence in students
