Your main duties
  • Lead small group and 1:1 communication activities
  • Use visual supports and communication strategies to support access to learning
  • Work closely with Speech & Language professionals
  • Help pupils build social skills and self-regulation
  • Support transitions between activities and environments
You’ll bring
  • Experience supporting communication and social interaction needs
  • Knowledge of tools like PECs, Makaton or visual supports (desirable)
  • Patient, creative and positive attitude
  • TA qualification not essential but welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
