About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) in Worksop, you will provide tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and fellow support staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Adapt educational activities and resources to meet individual student needs.
• Support students in understanding and completing their work, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Provide feedback to teachers and adjust support strategies as needed.
• Promote a cohesive and inclusive approach to student development.
• Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where students feel valued.
• Cater to diverse learning styles and educational needs.
• Communicate progress and concerns to teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs of students.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to build trust and rapport within the school community.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).

To work with us as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• The right to work in the UK.
• An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
• An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through us.
