A small independent preparatory school in England is seeking a Full-time Teaching Assistant to support students aged 3 to 11. This role includes working closely with teachers to enhance student learning and requires a commitment to safeguarding children's welfare. Oakhyrst Grange School, a small co‑educational independent preparatory school in Caterham, is looking to appoint a Full‑time Teaching Assistant (5 days a week, Term‑time only 8.00am to 5.00pm).
Within the extensive grounds surrounding Oakhyrst Grange School there are a range of educational, recreational and sporting facilities. Our sporting facilities include a Multi‑Use Games Area (netball, hockey, cricket and tennis), Cross Country Course, Athletics Area, Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Purpose‑built Sports Hall (also used for school plays, productions and daily assemblies) and a woodland area that offers opportunities for Forest schools and outdoor science and nature lessons.
Oakhyrst Grange also offers all‑year‑round play with its all‑weather playground and play equipment. The school facilities are among the very best of any independent preparatory school, both indoors and outdoors.
