Overview

We are looking to fill a permanent position for a Teaching Assistant. Our successful Candidate will work as part of the academy to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE, working with small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required, to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs under the direction of a class teacher/Inclusion Manager. Responsibilities
  • Support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE, including working with small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required.
  • Provide practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs, under the direction of a class teacher/Inclusion Manager.
Programme and development
  • The support and expertise of Director of Subjects.
  • A full and detailed programme of support and development for all.
  • A further comprehensive programme of professional development, including leadership, provided through the NET Staff College.
