An educational institution in Kearsley is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students in achieving their GCSEs. The role involves mentoring students, particularly those with special needs, while providing practical and learning assistance under supervision. We are looking to fill a permanent position for a Teaching Assistant. Our successful Candidate will work as part of the academy to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE, working with small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required, to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs under the direction of a class teacher/Inclusion Manager.
