SALARY – M2 to M6 (£34,823 to £45,352)

The role of the SEMH Additional Resource Provision teacher will involve working with their pupils to ensure provision meets their needs and that outcomes are achieved, and progress is made.

Responsibilities
  • Work with pupils to ensure provision meets their needs and that outcomes are achieved.
  • Manage and prioritise their own workload, be solution focused and have a commitment to learning new skills.
  • Carry out the duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and other relevant statutory provisions.
  • Carry out other such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
  • Recent and relevant experience within education linked to communication and interaction and a secure understanding of the communication and interaction agenda and needs within this area.
  • Thrive / Trauma informed training is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, including accurate spoken English.
