This role has arisen due to the growth of our academy and the opening of the new Minster College, and represents an exciting chance to be part of our continued expansion.
This is more than just a teaching position—it is a unique opportunity to become a founding member of a team that is shaping the future of inclusive education. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering a bespoke curriculum, primarily supporting students on the Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), utilising a Primary Teaching Model to help them reach their highest potential within our cutting‑edge facilities.
We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Primary teachers, those with SEN setting experience, and dedicated Secondary Subject Specialists, as we value all mainstream teaching experience and do not require specific SEN qualifications.
