An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed teacher to join a thriving and well‐resourced department at a leading secondary school, renowned for academic excellence and a vibrant co‑curricular life for the Autumn term.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to inspire pupils across the age range (Key Stage 3 to A‑Level), with the ability to deliver engaging and rigorous lessons that foster creativity, problem‑solving, and a deep appreciation for design. A specialism in resistant materials would be desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with expertise in other areas of the subject.

Responsibilities
  • Be a dynamic and reflective practitioner with strong subject knowledge.
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for Design and Technology and an ability to communicate this to students.
  • Have experience (or the potential) to teach up to A‑Level.
  • Contribute fully to the wider life of the school, including co‑curricular and pastoral responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (applications from ECTs are welcome).
