Overview

Role: Primary Teacher – EYFS/ KS1
Location: Worksop
Salary: £125-£232.37 per day (Depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Contract: Long term Supply

About the role

Source Supply are working closely with a primary school in Worksop to recruit an exceptional primary school teacher to cover a 1-year maternity cover in either EYFS or Key Stage 1. The role is due to start as soon as possible and is available for ECTs and experienced teachers. Applications from teachers looking for full-time or part-time work are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS or Key Stage 1 as required.
• Plan and deliver lessons, including the use of pre-set lesson plans where applicable.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support learning.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil engagement and wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents/guardians and school staff.

Requirements

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to a range of children, depending on the requirements of the school.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
