Job Title: Teacher Assistant
Location: Croydon and Surrounding Areas
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary - specify if needed

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Assistants to join schools in Croydon and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assist students with their learning and personal development
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Prepare and organise teaching materials
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) if applicable
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to enhance student progress
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a classroom or working with children is preferred
  • A genuine passion for education and child development
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Patience, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate)
