Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise TBM production and machine performance during the assigned shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and project specifications.
• Manage and report shift progress including production metrics.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Survey teams to resolve challenges.
• Report incidents and deviations to senior engineering staff.
