Job summary

A consultancy firm in Oxford is looking for an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, mainly in farming and property sectors. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with prior experience in a UK practice. Responsibilities include client management, tax planning, and mentoring junior staff. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Full UK working rights are required as sponsorship is not available. Interviews will be held in-person starting January 5th, 2026.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• Experience in a UK practice required.
• Knowledge of agriculture, farming, or equestrian industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients for accounting and tax planning.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Respond to client queries and HMRC communications.
• Review accounts and tax returns.
• Identify tax planning opportunities.
