A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a Tax Administrator to support the efficient running of its tax department. This role involves managing administrative processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls
  • Organise meetings and maintain departmental supplies
  • Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office
  • Handle printing, scanning, and document management
  • Assist with diary management and scheduling
  • Maintain practice management systems and client records
  • Support onboarding, invoicing, and compliance processes
  • Prepare client packs and proofread documents
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice (desirable)
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal processes
