The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate tax issues and will be adept at managing tax planning and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for various entities within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws, staying up-to-date with any changes.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning efforts and ensure the company is taking advantage of all relevant tax benefits.
• Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to internal departments.
• Assist in the preparation of the company's annual financial statements and tax provisions.
• Maintain and organize documentation for all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Support tax audits and inquiries by collecting necessary documentation and supporting information.
• Monitor and report on tax deadlines to ensure timely filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, EA) is preferred.
