We are recruiting an Extra Care Team Leader on a part‑time basis including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Complete rostering electronically and ensure effective building cover.
  • Chair meetings with staff members.
  • Complete person‑centred care plans.
  • Take on duties of home carer when required.
  • Report and record accurately.
  • Support team manager in recruitment and retention.
