A community-focused charity in the United Kingdom seeks a Talent & Resourcing Advisor to drive recruitment strategies and engage with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong 360 recruitment experience and must be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter. This hybrid and part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment while helping to save lives through vital community services. St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. We do this through developing and providing effective community response and outreach services (e.g. Ambulance response, Falls response, Homelessness outreach) and using our longstanding expertise to empower people with vital clinical skills and the confidence to use them (e.g. our Volunteers and Community Advocates, and Young Responders programmes). There is also a buoyant social enterprise network which delivers first aid training and supplies medical consumables to businesses and consumers.

The Talent & Resourcing Advisor acts as a trusted advisor within our organisation. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers, actively driving the recruitment process, and engaging in hands‑on recruitment activities. The focus is on attracting top talent by employing various attraction strategies, effective campaigns and innovative methods for St John Ambulance.
Key responsibilities include:
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C / 4) including Maths & English, minimum 5, and have demonstrable 360 recruitment experience across multiple business areas/disciplines. Ideally, this experience has been gained from a combination of agency and in‑house roles. You also have significant experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and source candidates for a wide range of roles.
