This new position is a fantastic opportunity for someone that can combine strong business awareness, relationship-building and a passion for data-driven talent management to make a real impact on Quilter’s Talent agenda. You’ll join a collaborative team, working closely with HR, Data, Learning, and HR business partners to deliver exceptional talent management and development experiences which create opportunity for colleagues and provide the Talent we need to deliver on our strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of Quilter’s talent management and development strategy across the organisation.
  • Talent strategy design and alignment: Support the alignment of talent management and development initiatives with Quilter’s business goals and future capability needs.
  • Collaborate with culture, learning, and communications teams, as well as business partners, to deliver joined-up, impactful talent programmes.
  • Workforce analysis & data-driven insights: Design and deliver workforce analysis processes to determine current and future talent needs, including skills and capability gaps.
  • Use data and analytics to inform and measure the effectiveness of talent management and development programmes.
  • Develop dashboards and tools that provide actionable talent insights.
  • Learning, upskilling & early careers: Design and deliver learning and upskilling programmes, supporting talent pools in developing future skills aligned to the talent strategy.
  • Support delivery of early careers programmes and leverage the Apprenticeship Levy across the organisation to address identified gaps.
  • Workday talent management: Work with Data to implement and embed talent management modules within Workday.
  • Enhance talent reviews, succession planning, and skills gap analysis through Workday utilisation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and drive adoption of skills-based frameworks across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder engagement & relationship building: Build trusted relationships across the business to champion skills development and talent mobility.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and Data to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Project management & continuous improvement: Manage multiple projects efficiently and stay up to date with industry best practices in talent, data, and technology.
  • Risk mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks in talent management and development and support mitigation strategies.
