Overview

As demand grows for high-quality digital learning experiences across our business and client-facing work, we are expanding the TD&L team. This associate-level role will support the design and development of engaging digital learning content, working closely with experienced team members and stakeholders. It provides a solid foundation in instructional design and digital content creation, with opportunities to evolve into more strategic responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing digital learning materials such as eLearning modules, onboarding content, video creation and interactive guides.
  • Support the instructional design process by applying learning design principles and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Use digital authoring tools (e.g., Talent LMS, Articulate, Canva, Synthesia, Video Creation, PowerPoint) to create visually engaging and accessible content.
  • Ensure all learning materials created are of high quality and branded correctly with a consistent look and feel.
  • Contribute to the development of learning experiences that support leadership, communication, and performance enablement.
  • Help maintain and update the digital learning library and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Help with the administration and management of our Learning Management System.
  • Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and project planning activities.
  • Occasionally deliver training to internal colleagues as needed, including instructor-led training delivered virtually via MS Teams and in person.
Qualifications
  • Experience or academic background in instructional design, digital learning, education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with learning design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and digital learning tools.
  • Experience using/maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to multiple projects.
  • Experience in delivering training virtually and face-to-face.
