This is a recruitment compliance position, ideal for someone who understands (or wants to learn about) the importance of safer recruitment and regulatory checks in the education sector. Youll help ensure that every hire meets safeguarding standards, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of teachers and educational support staff for our English Language Study Schools Summer 2026.

From January to July, Stafford House Study Holidays welcomes around 300 new team members to support our international students across seven UK locations. Our Talent Team makes sure all pre-employment and safeguarding checks are completed on time, keeping everything in line with safer recruitment standards. During the busy summer months, the team grows to include a Talent Coordinator and Talent Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly.
