We are now recruiting for a Talent Consultant to join the HAAS Talent Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting recruitment interviews with prospective candidates who have a health professional background and who are applying for the Functional Specialist role. In this role, you will assess their skills and experience using agreed and defined criteria.
In addition to recruitment interviews, the Talent Consultant will process candidates within our Applicant Tracking System through online assessment and will maintain our databases, supporting the wider HAAS Talent Team.
This is a remote role.
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person's daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits. The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita.
