A leading AI analytics firm in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, particularly within Go-To-Market functions. ThoughtSpot is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is motivated by building strong partnerships with leaders across the business. While this role will cover all functions, there is a strong emphasis on scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams as we continue to grow in the region. You will play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market and technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is not a transactional recruiting role – we’re looking for a hustler who brings urgency, ownership, and a genuine passion for finding and closing top talent in a competitive market.
