Be a part of shaping our diverse retail workforce! You will be instrumental in translating our business goals into a robust talent strategy. You will be responsible for recruitment within our thriving Retail area - recruiting for shops and concessions up and down the country - supporting the Area managers to ensure that we attract the right talent. This is high-volume recruitment, but with a personal touch and a continued focus on attracting the right talent for our brands.

  • Elevate the Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Own and optimise every stage of the recruitment journey. Provide crucial recruitment support for all managers
  • Champion Our Employer Brand: Act as a passionate ambassador for our brand, creating compelling narratives that showcase our culture and career growth opportunities to attract the best in the business.
  • Cultivating a Resilient Talent Pipeline: Working closely with our HR Business Partners, design and implement a robust talent pipeline, ensuring all key positions are mapped.
  • Support Learning & Development Initiatives: Build, presenting and delivering training to hiring managers and teams on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practice: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring all talent acquisition activities are compliant and conducted with absolute confidentiality and integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage and drive Retail Apprenticeship Scheme
  • Be a Talent Scout: proactively identify, engage, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and candidate tracking to screening and interview process.
    You're a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful talent solutions and manage recruitment pipelines
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships and to network with people at all levels.
