A dynamic retail organization in Greater London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to play a key role in recruitment and onboarding new teams for retail projects. You will plan marketing campaigns and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong emotional intelligence. Office Location:Hammersmith – London ( 4 days office / 1 day WFH )
Salary:£29,000 PLUS Bonus + Enhanced Holiday
Contract:Full Time – Permanent

Agile Retail operate a range of retail operations for several partner businesses. We (agileretail.co.uk) help brands and retailers develop and execute exciting new, differentiated retail propositions. Our job is to help inspire and create new environments, put them live, and make sure they work hard at inspiring and converting consumers and ensuring we have the right teams to be able to deliver.
We also have an Experiential Marketing division that helps brands activate across the UK, in a variety of impactful and creative ways with the best staff.
The Talent Acquisition Exec position is a key role within the organisation playing an instrumental role in the support and delivery of key retail and brand activation projects. This is a very fast-paced and multi-faceted role within a growing and evolving company.
A large part of the role will require recruitment. Every new store and brand activation will require a new team and you be responsible for attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding of our key people!
