A leading financial services company in Ipswich is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a vital role in recruitment processes. You will manage interview scheduling, assist in job postings, and handle the new joiner process among other administrative duties. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Experience with managing high-level executive interactions is a plus, along with familiarity with candidate tracking systems. This role reports to the UK Talent Acquisition Manager.

We are looking to bring on board a passionate Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to help us in our journey. Reporting to the UK Head of TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment of external and internal talent to new roles at AXA XL. This position will work closely with the talent acquisition team in the UK, Global TA and the wider HR community, hiring managers and candidates to make sure that everyone has a positive and professional recruiting experience. The TA Coordinator should be a proven self‑starter and have the administrative, organisational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals.
You will report to the UK Talent Acquisition Manager.
