Overview

At IRIS Software Group, our Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams are the engine of our growth. They win new customers, deepen relationships, and ensure clients succeed with our products. To keep fuelling that success, we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will take ownership of hiring across these pivotal teams. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Manchester office. Manchester is the hub for our Sales and Customer Success organisation - it's where these teams are anchored, and where senior leaders frequently come together. Being present here means you'll be close to the action, building strong relationships and directly influencing how we attract and hire the talent that powers IRIS's growth.

About the Team You'll Join You'll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. We work closely across the UK and US, sharing insights, pooling knowledge, and raising the bar for hiring at IRIS. It's a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise will be valued.
