A leading technology services provider in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support their Sales and Customer Success teams. You will manage the recruitment process, from posting adverts to coordinating interviews, ensuring a great experience for candidates. This role offers hands-on recruiting experience, opportunities for career progression, and the chance to work in a vibrant team environment with hybrid flexibility. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
You'll help us attract, engage, and hire top talent for our Sales and Customer Success teams. From writing job adverts and screening applications to scheduling interviews and supporting offers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills - learning from experienced recruiters, building your sourcing confidence, and gaining exposure to fast‑paced, commercial hiring.
This role is based in Manchester (3 days per week in the office), the hub of our Sales and CS organisation. It’s where you’ll build relationships, see the impact of your work first‑hand, and be part of a supportive, high‑energy team that’s shaping IRIS’s future.
