At Superdrug Head Office, our Talent Acquisition team is part of an exciting project transforming how we recruit our in-store teams. We understand that recruiting the best talent to deliver That Superdrug feeling takes time.
Your role will be to support Store Management in store recruitment. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide comprehensive recruitment services for all Store Management roles and contribute to the development and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy.

Experience in recruitment from an in-house or agency background, with a passion for the brand and keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and excellent communication skills at all levels. Influencing and networking skills are essential. A passion for recruiting top talent to keep Superdrug an employer of choice in the area.
