The Systems Lead is accountable for the mobilisation, operational ownership, and continuous improvement of delivery management, logistics, and planning systems supporting the Wilson James Lead Logistics Partnership at Sizewell C. The role sits at the intersection of live logistics operations, digital systems delivery, and client-facing service, ensuring that systems actively enable safe, compliant, and efficient site logistics from mobilisation through to business‑as‑usual operations.

What Do We Need From You
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to influence disparate stakeholders.
- Construction Logistics Expertise: Strong background in logistics operations, providing valuable insights into operational requirements.
- Strong data analytics, and data management, inquisitive with an ability to identify patterns and constraints.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effectively communicates complex issues and concepts (unique insights) in simple ways, to both technical and non-technical senior audiences.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues within and across organisational boundaries to achieve mutually successful outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of all MS Office packages. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence Analytics Tools (Power BI/Splunk/DOMO).
- Working knowledge of On-site storage capacity and inventory system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all working and management levels.
- CITB HS&E Managers and Professionals certificate (MAPS) – must be obtained before the start date.
Desirable
- A Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for vetting process in line with SZC protocols.
