A leading healthcare organization in Cambridge is looking for a Systems and CAFM Development Manager to join their Building, Engineering and Maintenance team. This role entails expert management of BEM data, ensuring compliance with policies, and project management of services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estates management, leading large teams, and facilitating complex data processes while upholding the trust's values of safety, kindness, and excellence.
We have an opportunity available within the Building, Engineering and Maintenance (BEM) team for a Systems and CAFM Development Manager to provide expert management and leadership skills and have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure effective development, management and operation of the services within Estates and Facilities.
You would be responsible for data quality, developing and ensuring compliance of the policies, procedures and accountability arrangements pertaining to data and information exchange throughout the BEM department.
You would also project manage the works relating to BEM data, information collection and development of process and procedures and develop and maintain a document management structure within the BEM department.
You will be a senior member of the BEM team and will provide expert management and leadership skills and have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure effective development, management and operation of the services within Estates and Facilities including;
Responsible for data quality, developing and ensuring compliance of the policies, procedures and accountability arrangements pertaining to data and information exchange throughout the BEM department.
Project managing the works relating to BEM data, information collection and development of process and procedures.
Developing and maintaining a document management structure within the BEM department.
