A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a technically skilled individual for a role focused on enhancing digital systems within NHS settings. The successful candidate will lead projects related to IMS Maxims EPR functionality, ensuring compliance with NHS standards, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams. Ideal candidates will possess a degree level education or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing patient care through digital transformation.
The Digital Level-Up programme is designed to advance digital maturity at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals. Key initiatives include PAS deployment, digitised clinical records, data sharing, patient engagement, and electronic referrals. The order communications project digitises clinical order requests and tracking within IMS Maxims EPR, while clinical documentation projects offer smartforms and structured notes to enhance data quality. eObservations and eWhiteboards allow real-time monitoring of vital signs and patient flow. Digital correspondence projects modernise communication with tools like the IMS Maxims correspondence builder. Specialist review and inpatient tracker features support clinical workflow and visibility. Participants may join multiple schemes, gaining broad experience in digital transformation.
