• Track record of delivering results for buyside customers through inventory optimisation solutions and technology.
• Ability to originate and structure solutions for internal and external clients.
• Deep relationships with buyside customers covering their single‑stock equity swap requirements.
• Accomplished risk‑management abilities to manage all aspects of swap trading, including compliance with relevant market rules and regulations.
• Technical abilities in coding and/or an engineering mindset (advantageous).
