What you will do

Switchboard operators in our team create the start of an exceptional experience when guests get in touch.

  • Operating switchboard and answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.

  • Excellent communication skills and high standard of English.
  • Listens and responds proactively to our guests’ needs.
