Qualifications

• Must hold an STA Award or Certificate or Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming.
• Experience in teaching a diverse customer base is essential.
• Passionate about teaching swimming and instilling lifesaving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and comprehensive schemes of work according to Swim England programme.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
• Comply with Swim England Code of Ethics and Safeguarding policies.
• Deliver lessons safely and effectively according to regulations.
• Continuously improve the swim lesson programme and service.
