Job Description
  • Set Strategy: Define and execute broking strategies, identifying new opportunities and market approaches.
  • Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor the Client Executive team, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Drive Client Success: Oversee strategic regional clients and projects, including project financing, complex contract reviews, and bespoke placement structures.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Align the team to deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations.
  • Risk Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to design solutions for complex client needs, recommending additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Regional Oversight: Build strong internal relationships, manage pipelines, and oversee technical resources and insurance/reinsurance programs. Specific Asia retail country responsibility will be assigned.
  • Digital Innovation: Lead the development of our construction digital platform and create impactful client-facing materials for RFPs and presentations.
