Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant/similar (preferably technical) field.
• Proven experience in Product Development or similar role.
• Experience with basic HACCP principles.
• Experience working with Bagasse based materials within the packaging industry.
• Strong networking skills, particularly with other technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all aspects of packaging development for new products.
• Liaise with customers to understand and define NPD requirements.
• Develop packaging that meets supply chain and consumer requirements.
• Sourcing and selecting components that meet customer briefs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify risks and offer solutions.
• Assess and improve current packaging production processes.
