Responsibilities
  • Your role will be to carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider Valuation Team. This will include the preparation of concise, accurate valuation reports ready for Director review and sign-off.
  • Day to day, you will collaborate with valuation colleagues and assume personal responsibility for valuation instructions.
  • You will be encouraged to work smartly and efficiently to maximise profitability.
  • Avison Young has established procedures and safeguards to ensure regulatory, quality and other corporate standards are met; you would be expected to embrace these and proactively develop them.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Scottish Valuation business.
  • Collaborate openly with colleagues across Avison Young to realise new business opportunities and contribute to our Strategic Ambitions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency in using valuation software, ideally including KEL and Argus Developer, with training available where required
