Overview

Are you looking to kick-start your career in the construction industry? We are a busy, forward-thinking construction consultancy, working across a range of projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join our team in Sheffield and support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who has a genuine interest in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling site visits, data entry and document management
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, drawings, and project documentation
  • Assisting with site surveys
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
  • Assisting with project coordination and administrative support to surveyors and project managers
Essential Criteria
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Interest in construction and building surveying
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Desirable (not Essential)
  • Knowledge of construction terminology or previous experience in a related environment
  • Further education or interest in relevant qualifications (e.g., Building Surveying) is desirable but not essential
