About the Role

Sponsorship Available: Skilled Worker sponsorship is available for candidates who have lived in the UK for at least 12 months.

Competitive pay rates:

• Monday to Friday (Day Shifts): £12.10 per hour
• Monday to Friday (Evening Shifts): £12.85 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday (Day Shifts): £12.85 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday (Evening Shifts): £13.80 per hour
• Bank Holiday Pay: Time and a half
• Holiday top-up payments for regular overtime (T&Cs apply)
• Paid business mileage (45p per mile for cars)

Main Duties

• Everyday tasks such as shopping, sitting services and light housework to encourage self-help skills
• Creating fun and engaging activities
• Assisting with cooking and support in the kitchen
• Assisting with fantastic days out with our service users
• Assisting with personal care with our service users

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Have a minimum of 2 years support work experience working with people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
