Manual driver with a full UK license required. Full Training Provided. We are recruiting healthcare assistants to join our friendly team of established carers who support a young lady, aged 14, in her family home. Our client loves to have people around her that have high energy, who are fun, don't mind being silly but will always have her well‑being at the forefront of everything they do. She is an incredible young lady who has an acquired brain injury and needs support with all daily living tasks, personal care, medication, administration of feeds and therapies – physio, occupational therapy and speech and language. The role will involve overseeing all health‑related and social support, which includes all aspects of her health, well‑being and therapies as required. Training will be provided. We are looking for carers who can deliver person‑centred care in line with a personalized care plan created specifically to meet the individual client’s needs. You need to be an excellent team player; two healthcare assistants are rostered for each shift. You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Manager, who is on hand to support and guide the team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered and that you individually receive an excellent pathway of professional development.
