A support service provider in Llantwit Major seeks a Female Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live meaningful lives. This role requires compassion, patience, and good communication skills. Full training is provided. As a Female Support Worker in Llantwit Major, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support.

Role: Female Support Worker Location: Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan Hours: We have both part time (minimum 10 hours per week) and full time hours (maximum 40 hours per week), please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll play a key role in helping shape and build this new care and support service from the ground up.
As the service evolves, there will be plenty of opportunities for your own development and growth as we discover together what delivers the best outcomes.
You’ll be supporting four individuals in their own home, each with different needs and personalities.
This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care.
They enjoy eating out, going to farms and gardening at the allotments.
They require minimal support but there may be some challenging behaviour involved.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.
