A leading children's support organization in Rushden is seeking Children's Support Workers to assist young people in achieving their aspirations. The role involves promoting well-being through various activities and day-to-day support in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have an enthusiasm for child development and the ability to work flexible hours. Training is provided to those eager to learn.
We are looking for Children's Support Workers/Carers to join our team who have a passion for providing a high standard of support that enables young people to learn and develop through education and positive life experiences, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.
Position: Children's Support Worker/Carers
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire (NN10 postcode)
Hours: 42 hours per week, including long days, late shifts and sleep ins.

Our four-bed residential home for children, aged 5 – 17 years, is registered with OFSTED and offers services to young people who have learning disabilities, challenging behavior and complex needs. We are situated in the residential area of Rushden, close to local resources and facilities.
Our home has recently been renovated and offers each child their own bedroom and a range of communal living spaces including a large garden room which provides recreational facilities for them to create their own activities. This area is designed to encourage creative and sometimes messy projects.
We also have an amazing sensory/calming room with lights, sounds and textures which are used together to create a stimulating, or calming environment. This area can be used to support individuals with planned activities or just to relax.
