Overview

Welcome to Active Care Group — one of the UK's largest and most trusted providers of complex care. We're building a brand-new team of passionate Support Workers to support our incredible client in his family home in Mere, Wiltshire. Please note: due to the rural location of the client\'s home, a driver is required. We are happy to discuss travel options if you are traveling from a bit further afield.

Responsibilities
  • Support a kind-hearted gentleman in his family home, providing companionship and helping him stay engaged with the activities he loves.
  • Deliver care with warmth, dignity, and respect, ensuring daily life is full of joy and purpose.
  • Assist with day-to-day routines and personal care as appropriate to the role.
  • Build a trusting relationship, communicate effectively, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
What You’ll Be Working
  • Day shifts: 8am – 8pm
  • Waking nights: 8pm – 8am
  • Full-time or part-time available
  • Flexible zero hours or permanent contracts
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Some prior care experience (and a big heart)
  • A great sense of humor (dad jokes welcome!)
