Full-Time | £13.00 per hour (flat rate)
12‑hour shifts (Days & Waking Nights)
Komplex Community provides high‑quality, person‑centred supported living services across Shropshire and Staffordshire for adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

You’ll be part of a dedicated, hands‑on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviour, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. All criminal convictions, including spent ones, must be declared.
