A supportive housing organization in West Midlands is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with complex support needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining care and a relevant qualification in health and social care. This role offers competitive hourly pay and various employee benefits including generous annual leave and a life assurance programme. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to support the provision of our service at our Whitepoplar scheme where we support adults with complex support needs, with opportunities to join the team on a permanent, part time basis. For this particular scheme, we are seeking to appoint individuals who are willing and able to work weekends.
