We are looking for a confident support worker to deliver outstanding care. You will work 42 hours a week across day, night and weekend shifts at Cygnet Grange, a dedicated neuro‑psychiatric rehabilitation facility.

About Cygnet Grange

Eight‑bed facility for those affected by acquired brain injuries and progressive neurological disease. Part of Cygnet Health Care, a UK‑wide provider of mental health, autism and learning disability services with 10,000 employees and 2,864 individuals supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality, person‑centred support to service users.
  • Offer guidance & encouragement through physical and emotional support.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs and report on them as required.
  • Safeguard service users and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Help individuals learn and maintain independence.
